The 5,612 experts and scholars of this World Poets and Culture Congress, from 48 member countries and territories, have undertaken three years of exhaustive review in the comprehensive research and merits of Professor Yi Yungao (People’s Republic of China) with respect to Buddhism, the Humanities, Chinese painting and calligraphy and ethical morality. Based on the assessment of their findings, this Fourth Session of the World Congress now formally bestows upon Professor Yi the title “International Master” of the “Preeminently Distinguished” literary rank, or “Preeminent Distinguished International Master” in full. Professor Yi is to be presented with the “Preeminent Distinguished International Master” certificate, authorized by the Congress representatives from around the world. Also to be presented to Professor Yi are the crown, robe and inscribed gold medallion of the “Preeminent Distinguished International Master.” This recognition of Professor Yi was formally announced to the world in Hungary; World Congress representative are being dispatched to apprise the People’s Republic of China government and relevant organizations to this effect in writing. A congratulatory awards ceremony will ensue in Sichuan Province, at which time the honor as the world’s only “Preeminent Distinguished International Master” is to be awarded to Professor Yi.
