A Letter to Masters from the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III <\/span><\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Since the publication of the two great mind essences of the Mind Essence of Contemplating Perfect Prerequisite Magnificent Sea and the Mind Essence of the Most Magnificent Dakini Sea in the Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation by the Fourteenth Public Announcement from the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, this office have received, one after another, written articles from five to six venerable ones, dharma kings, rinpoches, and dharma masters lessons learned, comprehension, and explanations related to their study of the Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation. After carefully examining and reading these articles, this office found that there exist more or less problems in all these several articles and commentaries. Some even have very serious prejudiced knowledge and evil views. Thus, this office hereby specially inform all venerable ones, dharma kings, rinpoches, dharma masters, acaryas, and masters of dharma-listening sessions: you must clearly understand that, to hear correct and error-free discourses about the Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation, the only type of sources is commentaries and assertions from masters who possess master\u2019s qualifications at the highest level of holy realization. Explanations given by masters who possess master\u2019s qualifications at the middle level of holy realization can all have, more or less, some errors. Masters at the beginning level of holy realization will absolutely have errors. Until now, among the venerable ones, dharma kings, rinpoches, and dharma masters who submitted their lessons learned, comprehension, and explanations, the highest status they possess is the level of holy virtuous one. However, there are many key knacks and essences of the dharma in the Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation. Those that have been realized and attained by masters who possess master\u2019s qualifications at the highest level of holy realization are not realized and attained by masters who possess master\u2019s qualifications at the middle level of holy realization. Those that have been realized and attained by masters who possess master\u2019s qualifications at the middle level of holy realization are not realized and attained by masters who possess master\u2019s qualifications at the beginning level of holy realization. Those that have been realized and attained by masters who possess master\u2019s qualifications at the beginning level of holy realization are not realized and attained by masters who are at the level of holy virtuous ones. Without realizing and attaining the state at a certain stage, you will not enter into the spatial world of the state at this stage. Therefore, your commentaries or discussions must be hollow theories based on baseless imagination and are not based on your personal experience and observations obtained from entering into the other spatial world. Consequently, regardless of what form the discourse is in, it is not true and unreal. Thus, regarding the cultivation and practice of the two great mind essences, what we should do is to first read and understand the basic actions and practices and then put into concrete deeds with one\u2019s body, speech and mind. Therefore, holy virtuous ones, great virtuous ones and kind knowledgeable ones should never arbitrarily and carelessly give explanations on the Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation. Otherwise, it is absolutely certain that mistakes and errors will be everywhere. The discourse with errors and sins will become your dark karma. In addition to not being able to benefit people, that will increase obstacles and impediments to your accomplishment and propagating Buddha-dharma. However, it must be emphasized that the Essence of the Dharma That Must Be Thoroughly Understood for Cultivating according to The Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation jointly written by Kaichu Rinpoche and Gar Tongstan Dharma King (Note: this is not the article of The Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation \u2013 Introductory Guide That Must be Understood.) was respectfully presented to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III for examination and approval after its completion. However, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III did not have the time and other conditions to do so. Later, there was an affinity of having a great holy virtuous one who possesses master\u2019s qualifications at the highest level of holy realization and has a certificate signed by seven masters and ten witnesses to point out flaws and make corrections for them. Thus, the Essence of the Dharma That Must Be Thoroughly Understood for Cultivating according to The Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation is correct. Anyone who learns and cultivates according to the Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation must study earnestly. Other than this, discourses about the Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation by any great virtuous one, kind knowledgeable one or holy virtuous one cannot be regarded as correct essence and doctrine of the dharma. <\/span><\/p>
