\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Recently, we received continuously inquiries from many people who used various ways to contact our Office. The questions are always in the form of: Is a so-and-so person handling a certain matter with the authorization of representing H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III?<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 These inquirers simply did not use the earlier public announcements from the Office to find answers and verification for such matters. Or, they did not even look at the earlier public announcements at all. That is why the same type of instances of being deceived and being taken advantage of can happen over and over again.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Let\u2019s borrow a commonly heard sentence to given our response. That is: We really have nothing to say to these inquirers! The fact is that warnings have been given many times, in the recorded dharma lessons expounded by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, in the treasure book of\u00a0H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III<\/i>, and in the public announcements from the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. No one, not anyone, can represent H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, unless he or she holds a document of authorization which was personally signed by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and stamped with the finger-print seal of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III!<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In addition, such a document of authorization will be published on the website of the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, so people can all verify the fact by visiting the website! Moreover, as a matter of fact, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has not issued a document of authorization to anyone yet, as of now. This is because no one can represent His Holiness!<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 We would like to remind you all once again about a fact that is applicable to anyone, regardless of what status he may have and what he does in whatever ways, including those who were praised by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III in the recorded dharma lessons. As long as a person claims that he or she comes as a representative of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III or in accordance with the specific instructions of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and does not have a document of authorization which was personally signed by H.H.
