\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Due to the karmic conditions since the beginning-less time, Dorje Chang Buddha descended to the world for the third time. This is an unprecedentedly great reward of good fortune for all Buddhist disciples. To acquire good fortune, wisdom, and benefits, all Buddhist disciples should always rely on and follow the teaching of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. Specifically, we should all take H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III\u2019s the Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation<\/i>\u00a0and\u00a0Expounding the Absolute Truth through the Heart Sutra<\/i>\u00a0as our guidance and must also respectfully listen to all recorded dharma lessons expounded by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. Only be doing so can we achieve the goal of benefiting all living beings and eventually attaining the perfect accomplishment and liberation.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Because of the current dharma-ending era that we are in, evil masters, swindlers, and heretics can be everywhere. However, as long as you all visit the website of the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III (the Office) to view and read the Office\u2019s public announcements and statements (explanations), you will reach the correct knowledge and views. You will then recognize and determine whether a so-and-so person is a good person or a bad one. Currently, there are monsters, swindlers, and evil masters who hold the flags of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III but secretly edit and delete the contents of the recorded dharma lessons and privately duplicate the dharma lessons. They do not understand the meaning of the dharma but irresponsibly give explanations anyway. There are even more rampant acts that they did. For example, for many times, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has openly stated that He does not accept any offering and also stipulated that no one is permitted to accept offerings on His behalf. However, some people purposely ignored this fact and continue to accept offerings as usual in the name of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. By using this kind of deception, they secretly keep the offerings as their own and caused the people who made the offerings to think erroneously that the offerings were presented to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. There are also instances that some of these people even tell lies to deceive Buddhist disciples. These deeds of theirs not only violated the code of morality of society but also are never allowed by the precepts and teaching of Buddhism. They are going in the opposite direction to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III\u2019s teaching. Therefore, Buddhist disciples must visit the website of the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III at any time to identify and confirm the acts of demonic monsters, evildoers, and swindlers and acquire correct knowledge and views. His doing so has the consequence of letting living beings have prejudice and biased views and destroying the good roots of living beings. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Buddhist disciples should pay particular attention to observe these so-called masters, dharma kings, and venerable ones, to see whether they control their disciples and do not let them visit the website of the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. Anyone who carries out such an act, regardless of what kind of great status with international reputation he may have or whether he is a dharma king or a great master, is definitely an evil master, a monster-disguised false holy and virtuous one, and a true swindler with the nature of a mundane person. He could be a holy and virtuous one at one time but was never a great holy and virtuous one with \u201cSun-Moon Wheel(s)\u201d and now he must have committed offenses to the precepts and have retreated from his once-attained cultivation back into an ordinary being.
