\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In response to the letters from Buddhists inquiring about whether H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has ever recognized people who were reincarnations of Vajra Bodhisattva, Dakini, or holy dharma-protectors. The Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III (the Office) hereby gives the following replies:<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In this world, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has never recognized a specific person as Vajra Bodhisattva, Dakini, or a holy dharma-protector. If anyone wants to be recognized, it can only be possible if this person possesses master\u2019s qualifications at the middle level of holy realization with the proof of passing the exam proctored by seven masters and ten witnesses and having a certificate signed by them. Moreover, this person must be deeply proficient in prajna. Of course, there already exist such great holy virtuous ones who possess master\u2019s qualifications at the middle level of holy realization. However, so far in this world, there isn\u2019t anyone who received a certificate of recognition signed by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III said, \u201cI only feel that I am a humble one. Living beings and I are equal. What qualification do I have to give recognitions to others? In addition, I cannot be careless with living beings\u2019 vital interest to recognize an amateur as an expert or recognize an ordinary person as a holy one.\u201d<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 No one has the qualification of distributing his or her own writings or written notes as teaching materials for others, unless he or she possesses master\u2019s qualifications at the middle level of holy realization (Note: if the teaching of a master who has master\u2019s qualifications at the middle level of holy realization was taken out of context, it is still possible to find a few errors.). Without master\u2019s qualifications at the middle level of holy realization, regardless of what great Bodhisattva the author claims to be, the writing is certain to contain large number of erroneous and evil views. Anyone who listened to or received to read such teaching must stop on the first such occasion and repent deeply. On second offense, the consequence is that this person will not receive an initiation of state practice within this entire lifetime. Remember, a cultivator should only listen to dharma lessons expounded by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III that are complete without any content being deleted.<\/p>
