\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Some people inquired about whether the Dharma of Empowerment by Kuan Yin\u2019s Great Compassion that Dharma Master Shi Long Hui practices was transmitted to her by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III or not; whether one must report to and receive the compassionate permission from H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III to practice this dharma anywhere or not; and whether H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III sent Dharma Master Shi Long Hui to Hong Kong, Taiwan, and New York to practice this dharma or not, since they heard from Dharma Master Shi Long Hui that she had received the compassionate permission from H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III to go to these three places.<\/p>

For this matter, the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III (the Office) specifically makes the following public announcement.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 It is true that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III transmitted the Dharma of Empowerment by Kuan Yin\u2019s Great Compassion to dharma kings, rinpoches, and dharma masters to help living beings and empower living beings. In particular, the emphasis of this dharma is the ending practice of releasing living beings in captivity. As early as more than 10 years ago, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III transmitted this dharma to a group of dharma kings, rinpoches, and dharma masters. Those who learned this dharma all make their own decisions to practice this dharma at any place according to the karmic conditions and do not need to report to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. Actually, they did not report. Therefore, there is no such an issue regarding whether H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III permits someone to practice this dharma at a certain location or not. Regarding further information about the essence of the Dharma of Empowerment by Kuan Yin\u2019s Great Compassion, please learn and study the dharma\u00a0Learning Buddhism<\/em>\u00a0expounded by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 As to what was asked about Dharma Master Shi Long Hui, when coming to pay homage to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III a few days ago, she mentioned that she was going to Hong Kong to practice the Dharma of Empowerment by Kuan Yin\u2019s Great Compassion. She also said that the site of the dharma assembly had been rented and many people had registered to attend the dharma assembly. Only at that time, did H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III receive, for the first time, a report from Dharma Master Shi Long Hui that she was going to Hong Kong to hold the dharma assembly. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III told her, \u201cHolding the dharma assembly to benefit the great masses is a good thing. However, you must clearly understand the dharma I expounded in the recorded dharma discourses. You must remember to practice the ending practice of releasing living beings from captivity to truly benefit the great masses with great compassion. Otherwise, you will be a heretic using the name of Buddhism.\u201d H.H.
