\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Recently, in some regions, CDs of dharma lessons of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III that are not stamped with the special seal for dharma lessons are in circulation. For this matter, the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III hereby issues the following public announcement.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 1. Without the special seal, CDs of dharma lessons of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III are not genuine dharma lessons of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and, quite likely, may have gone through deleting and editing by those who have ulterior motives to remove the contents that they are afraid of. The editing may take words and sentences out of the context to distort facts and logic and may cause harm to living beings. Therefore, such CDs should not be regarded as discourses and dharma teaching by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 2. Those who distribute and propagate un-stamped dharma lessons of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, regardless of their status of being a dharma king, venerable, rinpoche, dharma master, or disciple, are not following Buddha\u2019s teaching and are in violation of the stipulation for distributing dharma lessons. Their conduct causes harm to living beings and they all belong to evil ones. Buddha-dharma will not be taught to this type of person.\u00a0Such is the bad consequence asked for by themselves based on the law of cause and effect. Everyone please report and expose these people so evil ones are recognized by all.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 3. Those who already committed the violations must immediately report themselves and repent. If they use the genuine dharma lessons of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III to benefit living beings and do not commit violations in the 128 evil views and erroneous views, they can still correct their evil conduct, cultivate good deeds, and become great virtuous ones.<\/p>
