\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Regarding the learning and practice of The Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>that everybody is looking forward to and inquired about, the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III hereby issues the following announcement to the public.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 1. Up to now, there have been only five people who received the highest inner tantric initiation of the state practice dharma of\u00a0The Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation<\/em><\/strong>. They are the two great holy virtuous ones who were recognized by letters from H.H. Dodrupchen Dharma King, Thupten Trinle Palzang (see the fact recorded in Pages 554 to 557 in the treasure book\u00a0H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III<\/em>) and the three great virtuous ones of daoguo (daoguo means accomplishment of practice),\u00a0Venerable Gar Tongstan IV Ciren Gyatso Dharma King,\u00a0Kaichu Rinpoche, and\u00a0Dharma Master Miaokong. No other people have ever received nor learned\u00a0The Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation<\/em><\/strong>. The dharma book of\u00a0The Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>was only seen by the personnel at the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and has never been distributed or published anywhere else. At the\u00a0Second Examination of Masters of Dharma-Listening Sessions held in Hong Kong\u00a0in early August of 2009, the \u201cForward Guiding Article\u201d (also referred to as the \u201cIntroductory Guide That Must Be Understood\u201d) to\u00a0The<\/em>\u00a0Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation<\/em>\u00a0was distributed by the\u00a0International Buddhism Shanga Association\u00a0to those who received the title of acarya or masters of dharma-listening sessions. However, that is not the dharma book\u00a0The Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 2. The book\u00a0The Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0will be formally published by a publishing house. The Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III will confirm and issue a formal announcement at the time of publication.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III\u00a0and the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III will not receive or charge any fees from the publication of this book. The publishing house already announced that the price of the book will be set at the publication cost and the book will be sold in public.\u00a0H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III\u00a0and the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III also did not receive or charge any fee from the already published \u201cForward Guiding Article to The Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation (Introductory Guide to The Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation That Must Be Understood)\u201d and H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III\u2019s \u201cBrief Explanation of Evil Views and Mistaken Views.\u201d Both were provided free to the public for benefiting living beings.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 3.\u00a0H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III\u00a0has accepted the beseeching request from the\u00a0United International World Buddhism Headquarters\u00a0and the\u00a0International Buddhism Shanga Association\u00a0and will teach dharma to the qualified acarya and masters of dharma-listening sessions as well as those truly kind cultivators. However, regarding any temples, Buddha halls, associations and dharma-listening organizations as well as all rinpoches, dharma masters, acaryas, and masters of dharma-listening sessions, except those that have been mentioned in the formal written announcements from the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III,\u00a0H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III\u00a0and the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III do not know about their situations and do not know their people.\u00a0H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III\u00a0and the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III do not participate in any of their business and activities. The Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III only cares about their listening to the recorded dharma discourses by\u00a0H. H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, to benefit their development of body and mind, joy and happiness, and early accomplishment of becoming kind people with wisdom.<\/p>
