\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Great Rinpoche Saiba of the Saiba Monastery issued a document stating that while he was in a state of meditation he saw that Master Wan Ko Yee is indeed H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. In that document, he also beseeched H.H. RECOGNITION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DHARMA AND<\/strong>
CONGRATULATIONS<\/strong><\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 I heard that Buddha Vajradhara, the most ancient Buddha, has come to the human realm again and that the book H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III was being distributed. I was looking forward to receiving that book. I recently obtained that treasure book, after which I immediately entered a state of meditative concentration in accordance with the dharma. In that state, I supernaturally saw that Master Wan Ko Yee is indeed Dorje Chang Buddha who has come to this world again and is H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 As we study that treasure book, our hearts are filled with gratitude toward the ancient Buddha, Dorje Chang Buddha. Moreover, with utmost sincerity, we beseech Dorje Chang Buddha to stay in this world forever; to save sentient beings in the six realms of reincarnation within the three spheres through His pre-eminent dharma, The Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation<\/em>; and to teach the dharma forever.<\/p>
