\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 H.E. the 13th Zongkang Dharma King is the head of the Skuvbum Monastery, which is the birthplace of Master Tsongkhapa of the Geluk sect. The Dharma King issued a document stating that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has brought to living beings boundless Buddha-dharma that is based on correct understanding and correct views. That document also stated that H.H.
