Dorje Chang Buddha III Wan Ko Yeshe Norbu is through the limitless omniscience displayed in the book A Treasury of True Buddha-Dharma<\/em>, he stated that H.H. The book A Treasury of True Buddha-Dharma<\/em> especially shows this Buddha\u2019s complete proficiency in exoteric and esoteric Buddhism and perfect mastery of the Five Vidyas. Such superlative accomplishments are truly unprecedented in the past few thousand years, outshining the accomplishments of all others, both ancient and modern. His Holiness is a shining paragon among Buddhas. May this inexhaustibly mighty light and power of compassion continue so that His Holiness forever teaches the dharma and forever remains in the world.<\/p>
