\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 After searching in various countries for a long time, the World Buddhism Association Headquarters finally determined the best site, the most wonderful and treasured place, to be at the Holy Heavenly Lake<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0(in Hesperia, CA, USA), where under the ground is a huge lake of pure crystal treasure. The place is auspicious and magnificent, possessing an enormously holy power of empowerment. There is one of the only two underground rivers that run from south to north in the world with a flow volume equivalent to that of the Yangtze River. This treasured place is the most wonderful among all holy sites. This Headquarters has decided to build the Ancient Buddha Temple at the center of the crystal lake. The site has been approved by the local council as a religious site. We have decided to build the Ancient Buddha Temple as the world\u2019s top-ranked and highest holy Buddhist oracle, and we hope that people of all walks of life, Buddhist cultivators, and so on will make strong efforts to contribute to building the Ancient Buddha Temple.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 On the day of laying the foundation for the Ancient Buddha Temple, a Dharma assembly will be held publicly to prove that the Ancient Buddha Temple is truly a holy place of Buddhism, and Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in the ten directions will all agree that the Ancient Buddha Temple is the top-ranked great Buddhist temple of true Dharma of Tathagata. At that time, the Dharma of\u00a0Sending a Petition to Bodhisattva<\/em>\u00a0will be practiced in public for people to see. Those who sincerely make their best effort to donate to building the Ancient Buddha Temple can attend the Dharma assembly and see it with their own eyes on that day.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 After the construction of the Ancient Buddha Temple is done, there will be a grand ceremony of consecration for broadly propagating the Dharma. On that day, Buddhas will be invited to come and bestow holy Amrit from the sky directly into the Dharma bowl and not onto the ground, to give unsurpassed empowerment to those who possess the merit. It will signify that true Buddha Dharma shall exist forever and innumerable living beings shall be saved, marking the proof that true Buddha Dharma is grandly propagated and the auspice shall go on for thousands of centuries to come. Our Headquarters will carry out what we say, and our vows will be fulfilled as such.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 The Tremendous Holy Guru who keeps true Buddha Dharma at the Ancient Buddha Temple is not someone any contemporary eminent monk or great virtuous person can compare to. Also, it has been decided the duties of Abbot and Superintendent of the temple will be served by those of Gold Button Grades Two and Three after the Ancient Buddha Temple is built. Those who make their best efforts to donate to building the Ancient Buddha Temple will obtain merit that is absolutely pure without the slightest dark karma of evil views and can receive a true inner-tantric initiation or even an initiation with\u00a0the seed of holy cause for state practice<\/em>. Those who have not established the merit of doing Buddhist work and are not pious enough do not possess the qualification to receive an inner-tantric initiation.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Additionally, World Buddhism Association Headquarters hereby clarifies publicly once again today that the officers of this Headquarters, including the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary-General, and Deputy Secretary-General, have never received any remuneration since the establishment of the Headquarters, nor have they ever requested even a penny of reimbursement for their travel expenses. In other words, they always spend their own money and have never used one cent from the World Buddhist Association Headquarters.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 The money that you donate has always been spent entirely on things and matters for true Buddha Dharma and true Buddhist teachings. We state once again today that, as a donor, you can check the books directly. That holy temple will be administered by someone who is one hundred percent a Tremendous Holy Guru or a Great Holy Guru. What is propagated and advocated there will be the true Dharma of Tathagata that is based on benefiting living beings and great compassion and can lead you to perfect good fortune and wisdom, liberation, and accomplishment. Therefore, the merit you establish will be infinitely large, pure, and without black karma. If you sincerely make your best efforts and donate to building the Ancient Buddha Temple, you will have truly established great merit!<\/p>
