The Organization of American States, composed of 34 countries including the United States and Canada, invited ambassadors from various countries, as well as United States senators and congresspersons, to attend an exhibition of Master Wan Ko Yee’s Yun Sculptures.
On July 28th in Washington, D.C., the capital of the United States, the Organization of American States held the “Master Wan Ko Yee Yun Sculpture Exhibition.” The exhibition was primarily directed toward ambassadors from various countries, United States senators and members of Congress, and high-level government officials from the White House. The Organization of American States is an international organization composed of 34 countries, including the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
The Secretary General of the Organization of American States is selected from among the presidents of the member countries. The current Secretary General is Cesar Gaviria, former President of Colombia. After extensive communication between the Organization of American States and the Master Yi Yungao International Cultural Institute, the Organization came to a thorough understanding of Master Wan Ko Yee (H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III) and formally recognized him.
Because Master Wan Ko Yee is an outstanding master of saintly wisdom, many world renowned masters who are highly achieved In saintly wisdom have formally acknowledged him as their master. The Master has reached great heights in areas such as philosophy, science, sociology, medicine, poetry, calligraphy, painting, and art.
Master Wan Ko Yee was born in China and now resides in the United States, where he is also a distinguished researcher and university professor. Yun sculpting is a form of art that he successfully founded in the United States for the benefit of humanity. Through this unprecedented art form, Master Wan Ko Yee has created carvings that rival the beauty of nature’s creations.
Master Wan Ko Yee’s pioneering sculpture work involves carving stone into an oval boulder, which is then hollowed out. Within this hollow space exists a mysterious and ever-changing inner world, where wondrous mist continuously rises and circulates. He is the only person who has been able to create mist within this type of carving. His innovative techniques also make his sculptures currently impossible to duplicate.
When viewing his Yun sculptures, one experiences a sense of ease and tranquility that is difficult to describe. No scenery found in limestone caves anywhere in the world can compare with the incredible beauty of Master Wan Ko’s Yun sculptures, which are inexhaustibly gorgeous. Yun sculptures contain multiple layers of imagery that appear to change constantly, displaying splendid colors incomparable to anything else in the world.
Master Wan Ko Yee was able to create these treasures through his high level of realization, profound and extensive knowledge, and deep understanding of the laws underlying the birth, growth, and transformation of all things in the universe.
In recognition of the great artistic contributions Master Wan Ko Yee has made for the benefit of the world, the Organization of American States held a special exhibition of his Yun sculptures in the nation’s capital, Washington, D.C. On that day, the Secretary General of the Organization of American States, Dr. Cesar Gaviria, presided over the opening ceremony. Ambassadors from various countries and members of the United States Congress who attended marvelled and praised the sculptures. They regarded the works as a great contribution to humanity, noting that, for the first time in the world, sculptures have been created that miraculously surpass the beauty of natural formations. They believed the sculptures reflect the highest and most refined level of artistic achievement, are indescribably beautiful, offer an enrapturing viewing experience, and represent the essence of art.
