The Office of His Holiness Dorje Chang Buddha III Announcements

        This Office often receives inquiries about some people. These people may have very high status and fame, may be at the level of an ordinary master, and currently may or may not have students. These people used the name(s) of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III or family members of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III to tell their disciples to donate money as offerings or tell their disciples to do a certain thing or handle a certain matter. When they want to have a certain purpose of their own served, they would say that they were told by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III to do a certain thing or they had the permission from H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III for doing a certain thing. They used various kinds of excuses and names in their act of lying. For example, one of the things they made up is buying buildings in Singapore and in the city of Shanghai in China. They may ask Buddhist disciples to offer their properties, automobiles, and highly valuable items to them and claim that the offerings were to be made to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III or His family member(s) or the offerings would be used to do things for H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III or His family member(s). Some of them even declared that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III had given such privilege to this declarer through a special decree: this person has a very special status and, because he or she is a reincarnation of an accomplished one with a very high status, he or she does not belong to the domain that the public announcements of the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III can apply to. Some other assertions these people made include: This person can speak to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III on the phone at any time and receives instructions directly from H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III; He or she has taken an oath on the matter of raising funds and collecting offerings to buy real estate properties for H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and His family member(s), which cannot be told to anyone. Moreover, even the ownership of the properties bought has to be under this person’s name.

        We now inform you all: all these statements of theirs are untrue and fabricated out of nothing! If you believe such rhetoric, you are fooled and deceived! Why did the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III seriously remind you all repeatedly and over and over again? The purpose is to prevent swindlers from usurping the name of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III to commit the fraudulent acts of scamming people. However, you do not read the public announcements from this Office. Had you ever read the public announcements, how could you possibly believe such lies and deceiving statements?

        The Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III hereby clearly inform you the following facts, which you should pay special attention to and use for verification and seeking proof.

  1. The Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has only one website: http://www.hhdcb3office.org/. Any other website that uses the name of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III does not represent the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, regardless of what its name is.
  2. No matter how high the status of reincarnation one may have, he or she has not been given any privilege by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. Anyone who is a Buddhist, regardless of whether he or she is a master or a disciple, is a cultivator belonging to the domain where the public announcements from the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III are applicable. Even the director and deputy director of the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and holy and virtuous ones who possess higher statuses and realizations than the above-mentioned people belong to this domain without exception.
  3. The rank and status that represents these people’s accomplishments can only be determined by the certificate of holiness and virtue issued by the United International World Buddhism Association Headquarters (UIWBAH). Recognition of eminent and venerable reincarnation can in no way represent one’s status and holy realization. The determination and classification of one’s level of accomplishment must be based on UIWBAH’s public announcement, Replies to Inquiries, issued on November 18, 2012. Of course, the better way is to determine one’s identity by the Dharmas of Selection, Forecasting Ahead of the Event or Selection Made in the Dark Confinement from One-Hundred Dharmas to Choose the Door toward Enlightenment. The conclusion will be definitive and unmistaken.
  4. After H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III’s status of a Buddha was published to the world, as of now, people in the Buddhist circle, regardless of how high their status may be and including venerable ones, dharma kings, great rinpoches, dharma masters and laypersons, all do not have the phone number of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III without even one exception. The people mentioned above would not be able to call H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III simply because they do not have the number to call. As to these people’s claim of being able to speak to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III by phone at any time, that is untrue and baseless. You all can check their calling records at their local phone companies to find out clearly who they called at what time. Then you will know that they lied to deceive you.
  5. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and His family members do not have any real estate property anywhere in Singapore and China. Moreover, they do not have a single property or piece of land in any other country in the world except the United States of America. Other than having invested painted tiles and art frames and owning stocks in a company in Thailand, they do not have any investment or business in other countries either.
  6. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has already publicly announced to the world that He does not accept offerings. He never let anyone request offerings for Him. Those who lied on this are swindlers without a doubt. They greedily grab money and wealth from people. What they did is an extremely big insult to the Buddha! Moreover, no one, regardless of what high status he or she may have, is authorized to accept offerings on behalf of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III.

        Using this opportunity, this Office once again announces publicly to you all a declaration that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III made to the public in the world:

        All Buddhist disciples, whenever you come across anyone, regardless of how high his or her status of reincarnation is and any claim of his or her being special and having privilege, who collects offerings on behalf of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and His family members or claims doing something for H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and His family members, you must report this event to this Office. You don’t have to state this person’s name and the names of others who participated in this if you don’t want to and can just describe this event. We will reply to you as to whether this event is real or false and whether this person’s statements are facts or lies. Then you will immediately be clear and will not be fooled. If such a matter happened to you or you know that such a matter happened that someone used the name(s) of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and His family member(s) to do something or make requests to you or other people, you should report to this Office in time for the sake of finding out whether it is true or false. If you do not contact this Office to verify whether it is true or false, you are just a silly person with the act of assisting the evil and suppressing the good. Consequently, you will never be able to learn any true Buddha-dharma in this lifetime and will not attain accomplishment!

        You should ponder this fact now: How bright and great H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is! That is why He dares to let people in the entire world  contact this Office to verify the facts!
