        Nowadays, there are some masters who have fame. Because they are used to sitting high on a rostrum, they have become arrogant and far removed from people. They even pretend to be holy beings intentionally or unintentionally. This headquarters has received a lot of reports. We advise you not to wrongly call yourself a sacred person! You can only be a real holy being if you come to the United International World Buddhism Association Headquarters and pass the test for a holy one with your own capabilities!

        This public announcement once again reminds those who do not read the announcements to think about it carefully. Are you an average person, or are you someone who is degenerating into a living being in the three bad realms? Why do you still ask these questions, albeit the answers are clearly stated in the public announcements?

        You must understand exceptionally well that the fruit level or the stage of a holy or non-holy being can never be judged and ascertained from their outer appearance by an ordinary person’s acknowledgment. They can by no means be determined definitively by the differentiating minds of the ordinary people.

        Whether someone is holy or ordinary and what level they are cannot be accurately said by anyone in the world. Only two Tremendous Holy Gurus can call it with precision sans error. One is Namo Shakyamuni Buddha, who has entered parinirvana, and the other one is H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, who is living in the world at present. But since H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III does not certify whether someone is holy or ordinary, the only way to be 100% sure about someone’s status is through the written test and the holy test. By combining the test on the dharma meaning of Sutra, Vinaya, and Sastra and Yidam’s holy selection, the test candidate’s dharma power capabilities are measured. Under such conditions, the level, the robe wear, and the certification obtained can tell the true and real status of a holy and virtuous one. The holy tests are all performed in front of the proctors comprised of seven holy beings and ten gurus. Therefore, the most smooth-talking person cannot just pass the test by playing tricks. The seven holy beings and the ten gurus have all taken a vow and guaranteed that those masters who have passed the test, worn the robe indicating their levels, and received a certificate are accurate and not falsified.
