42. Ven. Mengjia Rinpoche
The 4th Mengjia Rinpoche, who is a great rinpoche at the Skuhbum Monastery, issued a document stating that the accomplishments of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III are unique and unmatched in the entire world. In that document, he also beseeched H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III to bless all living beings!
CONGRATULATIONS
I read the treasure book H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and learned that Dorje Chang Buddha has already come to this human realm. This is a blessing for all living beings. His accomplishments in thirty large categories are unique in the entire world and truly demonstrate complete proficiency in exoteric and esoteric Buddhism as well as wondrous mastery of the Five Vidyas. I beseech H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, the greatest refuge, to forever stay in this world
and bless all living beings so that they may soon realize enlightenment.
