There are many people, who after having learned the Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s Great Compassion Empowerment Dharma, are empowering people. That is a deed of good karma per se. Still, some organizations take the opportunity to boast and inflate their dharma master that presided over the Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s Great Compassion Empowerment Dharma. The public announcement 20160108 issued by the United International World Buddhism Association said (on page 2): “…if a Buddhist cultivator can obtain Blue Button Level 2 or Level 3, or if one is a truly pious Buddhist when that person meets a master who owns those Dharmas, then he or she is qualified to receive the transmission of those Dharmas you are talking about (including the Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s Great Compassion Empowerment Dharma)… Those Dharmas all have three stages. If you can perform the Dharma to give empowerment to people and let them show illusive image and movement, then the Dharma has reached the Generation Stage. You can give people empowerment to show the state on the same day you learn the Dharma!”
The public announcement states it in clear words. Still, with selfish motives to flatter their dharma master, these people distorted the Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s Great Compassion Empowering Dharma. They say that it is “based on the presiding grand dharma master’s realization merits, realization capability, and realization state that are the result of the master’s practical cultivation and practice. Namo Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva was respectfully invited to descend to the mandala…” Such an unreal exaggeration seriously violates the truth of Buddha Dharma and seriously violates in public the content of the announcement issued by the United International World Buddhism Association Headquarters. It also violates the definitive assertion made by Wangzha Shangzun. The Shangzun said: “This kind of absurd and abominable action should result in the immediate removal of the people from all duties with their names posted publicly. But considering their merit from keeping their practice for many years, we will temporarily forgo the investigation. But these people who intentionally fabricate falsities and create such delusional make-up must self-criticize their wrongdoings at home, repent deeply and correct their wrongs from inside out!”
What is even more abominable is that this kind of person has violated the Dharma impartation by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. Namo Chang Buddha said in His Dharma impartation: “The easiest Dharma to practice successfully is the Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s Great Compassion Empowerment Dharma. It does not require any other dharma power or holy capability than just the Lineage Power. One can successfully practice it on the same day of learning the Dharma and can assemble a group of people the next day to give empowerment to them and bring them into the holy state. The most important thing about the Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s Great Compassion Empowerment Dharma is you must help living beings selflessly. You can not use the Great Compassion Empowerment Dharma to collect offering money for your greed and gains.”
“Additionally, Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s Great Compassion Empowerment Dharma originates from the power t the great compassionate mind of Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva. Therefore, at the end of every Dharma assembly, the presiding master must lead the people attending the Dharma assembly in a release of captive lives as the ending practice of the Dharma. If the presiding master only prays to Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva for empowerment but does not really undertake a release of captive lives and instead take the offering money for private use, that presiding dharma master must be a non-Buddhist professing as a Buddhist or is an evil person. The people who attend the dharma assembly not only will receive no real benefits, but also will attract sinful karma to themselves. Therefore, it is necessary for the people who attend the dharma assembly to take part to release captive lives. But to be safe, the best thing to do is for the staff of the Dharma assembly to take all the offering money received from the Dharma assembly and personally apply it to the expenses incurred in the main body of the dharma assembly, which is the release of captive lives as the ending practice of the Dharma, and the expenses pertaining to the Dharma assembly, such as the rental of the site, the transportation, lodging, and meal expenses of the master presiding over the Dharma and so on. Otherwise, the sinful karma is not only born by the master who presides over the Dharma, but all people attending the Dharma assembly will also have grave sinful karma. Of course, what I said is only a matter of principle regarding the Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s Great Compassion Empowering Dharma; it does not involve the rules of other dharmas.”
Therefore, the most crucial part of the Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s Great Compassion Empowerment Dharma Assembly is the release of captive lives as the ending practice of the Dharma. If there is no release of confined lives, then it is a violation of Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva’s fundamental truth of great compassion. That is a severe violation of the precept! Afterward, not only is there no gain in good merit, but the awful merit will also grow.
Separately, we an announcement was made three months ago which said, after listening to and learning the Buddha Dharma imparted by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and after practicing cultivation following it, you should submit your own knowledge gained and your organization’s activities about how you have become kind and compassionate, how you cared and loved people, served the public, helped the disaster-stricken, and the weak, upheld true Buddha Dharma, uncovered evil demons, opposed liars and evilness and so on to the headquarters. Although the message was already sent to everyone, some organizations have still not yet turned in the information. If those organizations again do not take action, the United International World Buddhism Association Headquarters will publicly publish the name list of those masters, because what you call learning from Buddha for cultivation is not at all put in practice but only empty lies to fool people. You don’t have any actual behavior of doing good deeds for people.
