        A Tremendously Holy and Virtuous One who can establish a mandala through a stone slab has indeed already possessed the power of “Presenting a Petition to a Bodhisattva” and attained the accomplishment of “Knowing in Advance and Foretelling the Future.” He or she is a Tremendously Holy Guru, reincarnated from a non-retrograde great Mahasattva with a one-hundred-percent certainty.
